Our short-term program offers cost-effective medical management and physical rehabilitation.  This is an alternative for those well enough to leave an acute care hospital, but not well enough to return home.  Ultimately, our goal is to assist patients in improving their quality of life and regaining an active, independent lifestyle.

Our services are team coordinated among our expert and dedicated Nursing, Rehabilitation, Medical and Discharge Planning professionals.  In addition, our individualized care plans and one-on-one treatments focus on measurable outcomes.  This helps each patient adapt and/or recover in the shortest period of time.

Resident Rehabilitation

Our Therapy Teams work with each Resident's Physician and the Nursing Staff to plan rehabilitation and restorative programs that keep the Resident at his/her highest functional level.  Rehabilitation services include: (Therapy Services)

Physical Therapy.
Occupational Therapy.
Speech-Language Therapy.
Swallowing Therapy.
